Bind a source IP to the token

POST

/open_api/v3/proxy/token/{token_id}/ip-whitelist

Single public IPv4/IPv6 only. One IP belongs to exactly one token account-wide; at most 5 IPs per token. Answers HTTP 200 (not 201).
