List live-verified ISPs for dynamic ASN targeting

Static read-only ISP catalog for the dynamic purchase isp parameter (premium line s=1/2 + country_id required, Bright Data only). Only ISPs whose live exit check confirmed the ASN serves the country are listed. Clients pick the catalog key — raw ASN numbers are never exposed. No paging: the catalog carries at most a handful of entries per country (5 countries as of 2026-10-26: GB 232, US 233, DE 82, FR 75, JP 109).
