Reset sticky sessions via X-HTTP-Method-Override: DELETE

/open_api/v3/proxy/sessions

Same handler as DELETE /proxy/sessions, for HTTP clients that cannot send a body with DELETE (IPRoyal-style compatibility). Requires the header X-HTTP-Method-Override: DELETE; a POST without that header (or with any other value) answers 404 'not found'.
