Usage chart series

/open_api/v3/proxy/summary/proxies/{proxy_type}/{statistics_type}

Fixed server-side windows: hourly charts cover the last 24h, daily charts the last 30 days, dense-filled, UTC+8 buckets. 'traffic' sums pool log bytes; 'ip' counts created IP-billed tokens; 'cost' sums the buy_1g_* deduction flows (legacy milli units rendered as number). values are plain JSON numbers.
