Reset sticky sessions (new exit IP, same credential)

/open_api/v3/proxy/sessions

Rotates the provider-side sticky session segment of every listed live sticky bridge credential: the token's username, password, whitelist and billing stay untouched and the next connection exits through a new IP (applies within ~150s). Idempotent-safe: retrying the same request rotates again rather than failing. Unknown, foreign, deleted or expired token ids answer 404 'Token not found: '; static, rotating and non-bridge credentials answer 422. The batch is atomic — any failure rolls the whole request back and nothing rotates.
